All official business of the Forest Lakes Fire District Board of Directors and its subcommittees is conducted in public session. Agendas are published here in advance of each meeting for public review. Following each meeting the agenda is posted with the minutes for that meeting. The public is encouraged to attend any meetings of interest.

Due to the threat of inclement weather, board members will participate by video conference using Microsoft Teams for the winter months, starting in November 2024. Monthly meetings are scheduled for 10 am on the Thursday prior to the 3rd Saturday of the month. Chief Rodriquez and Admin Assistant Wanda Bernett will be at the Forest Lakes Fire District Office, 1508 North Merzville Rd., Forest Lakes, Arizona for members of the public who wish to attend in person.
Microsoft Teams is a proprietary business communication platform developed by Microsoft, as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products. It is similar in function to Zoom or Google Meet. It is used for videoconferencing so that people can participate in a meeting without a physical presence.
